Add your roster to your own calendar. Once subscribed, it updates by itself whenever the roster spreadsheet changes - you never need to come back to this page.

Find your name. Subscribe tries to open your calendar app directly. If nothing happens, use Copy URL and follow the steps for your app below.

How to add it to your calendar

Use Copy URL above, then follow the steps for your calendar app. Always subscribe by URL - don't download or import the file, an import is a one-off snapshot that never updates.

Outlook (work desktop app)
  1. Open the Calendar view.
  2. On the Home ribbon, choose Add Calendar (or Open Calendar) › From Internet.
  3. Paste the copied URL and click OK.
  4. The calendar appears under "Other Calendars". Tick it to show it alongside your own.

Outlook desktop refreshes internet calendars roughly every 3 hours. Restarting Outlook forces a refresh.

Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com)
  1. Open Calendar from the left sidebar.
  2. Choose Add calendar › Subscribe from web.
  3. Paste the copied URL, give it a name (e.g. "NOC Roster"), and choose Import.

Outlook web refreshes subscribed calendars up to once a day.

Google Calendar
  1. On a computer, open calendar.google.com (this can't be done from the mobile app).
  2. Next to "Other calendars" on the left, click the + › From URL.
  3. Paste the copied URL and click Add calendar.
  4. It will then also appear in the Google Calendar app on your phone (you may need to enable it under Settings › your account › the new calendar › Sync).

Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, typically every 12–24 hours. This can't be changed.

iPhone / iPad (Apple Calendar)
  1. Just tap Subscribe next to your name on this page — iPhone opens the subscription dialog automatically. Tap Subscribe to confirm, then Done.

If that doesn't work, add it manually: Settings › Calendar › Accounts › Add Account › Other › Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the copied URL.

To refresh more often: Settings › Calendar › Accounts › Fetch New Data, and set a shorter interval.
